In this one-hour webinar, we focus on the losses of the MOSFETs, exploring and quantifying the losses due to conduction, reverse recovery and the turn-on and off losses due to the non-linear capacitance of the switches. Comparisons between a SPICE model and a SIMPLIS model will be covered with example circuits for each. Finally, we present a DVM testplan which automates testing the different circuits and plots the losses on summary graphs.
