SIMetrix AD-Plus and SIMetrix Micron A-D are supplied with a dual-platform license. Both Windows and Linux versions are supplied together and you choose which you wish to install. If you purchase a portable or network license, you can install both versions if you wish to.
Maintenance
All pricing includes 1 year maintenance which provides unlimited support and free upgrades. This may be renewed annually, please contact sales for details. Note that maintenance only covers upgrades by download. Media kits, which include the install CD and - where applicable - new manuals, are available for an additional charge.
Shipping
All shipments of Media Kits are by courier and the delivery time varies with destination. Shipments to UK destinations will be delivered by 5.30pm the following day. To the USA and Canada delivery time is typically 2-3 days. Please enquire for expected shipping times to other locations.
IMPORTANT: Our shippers cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Please supply a full street address when ordering.
Customs and Import Duties
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay any import duties that are due. Note that we always declare the full invoice value of the product for customs documentation. If you live in a region subject to high import tariffs, please contact sales to discuss alternative arrangements.
Delivery and Payment Terms
Delivery of the software is by electronic download within 2 or 3 days from receipt of Purchase Order. Payment terms are 30 days net.
